I have owned my 2016 F-150 2.7 with the 6R80 for a few mounts now and have been having issues with it. It all started one morning when I was driving up to my shop which is up a decently steep dirt hill, when I was rounding the corner the transmission dropped the gear I was in. I put the truck in park and then back in drive but nothing, it wouldn't move, I put it in neutral, rolled down the hill, put it in park, restarted the truck then it made its way up with no problem. The truck has repeated this issue twice out of maybe 50 times it's been up that same hill. All of those mornings have been cold, but this is after 15-20 min of driving. The truck drives and even tows fine for the most part unless I get on it. if I go anything over 80% throttle, the transmission seems to get confused, and not know what gear it is supposed to be in, sometimes there's a hard jerk. The worse thing it has done so far is getting stuck in 5th gear, it threw a check engine code and wouldn't move. unfortunately, I didn't take a picture of the code because I was in a hurry and just trying to move the truck but it moved fine after I cleared the code. I am not sure what to do. Has anyone experienced any of these issues and is there any easy fix? Thanks in advanced!

Without more info on what codes were shown, that does seem like a strong candidate!
