Default 5 Star Safety

For all the negativity on this forum about the remodel, no one can complain about how safe this truck is on the road.

With my first child on the way in early December, makes me appreciate the truck even more!

I have been a huge critic of my F-150 but I have also acknowledged the safety when comparing other trucks. The engineering team needs to be commended. Ford leads the pack with safety and performance.

That was one of the biggest reasons for me as well. I just had my 3rd a week from today. Even though we drive min my wife's car the most we always have the option to put all 3 across the back.

Also an early congrats to you as well. That will be a great Christmas gift!!

It wasn't even a consideration for me when purchasing my '16 Scab. But after seeing the crash test comparisons. I'm very happy with my choice.

In regards to this, the only thing I really wish ford could have done differently is make the back seats able to fold up while still keeping the car seat secure

They're all too busy sawing off their crash bars in order to fit a set of tires to appreciate the safety & engineering of these trucks.
