He is making fun of the small number of V8 owners who claim the ecoboost is bad because it has turbos and will therefore have more problems than the V8.
In other words, he did something that he probably complains when others do..stepped in to a thread about the 'other' engine and made an asinine comment that was unnecessary.

the only complaints I have about the ecoboost haters are the lies and biased assumptions that are brought into the discussions.
