Default 5.0 orders delayed 10-12 weeks
Anyone else see this, are they fixing problems? I’m guessing this is why the production cut.

Ah, it said updated May 7th 2019 so I figured it was new. So no longer delayed?

I 1st saw this document maybe a month or so ago... My guess they are at least 1/2 through the 10-12 week delay.

no, if you order a truck today with a 5.0L the final delivery date will still be delayed 10 to 12 weeks longer than a truck wo/5.0L.

10-12 week delay in the midst of plans to decrease 5.0 production? Yikes. Can only hope this delay is directly related to Ford implementing a serious update to the 5.0.

Ford did a "serious" update to the 5.0 ...in 2018!
Maybe they are gonna return it to its former glory!

It would be very out of character for Ford to stop production and actually fix the problems. Which would be a good thing. Let's hope it's true.

4 - 6 week order delay starting on 2/22/19.

10 - 12 week order delay starting on 3/15/19.
