I have a 2018 FX4 and have some stock 2016 2wd struts from my old truck. I measured them because I want to drop the front of my FX4 a little. It will work in reverse for you if you want to raise the front of your 2wd.
Aaand the question is answered!!!

Whoops. Part. But looks like the question is answered a couple posts down. About an inch taller. Since 2WD has no cv angle issues thinking about putting the 4x4 front 5100's on at a lower setting to keep them a bit softer. Hmmm.

An inch taller? An inch taller would make the truck more like 2 inches taller.

This is interesting. I’m still debating lowering the back 1.5”. But if I want to raise the front 1.5”. Would the front struts from a 4x4 do that or would it be much taller? Sort of like that idea a lot more than adding a spacer.

True, but the extra height could be compensated for in the spring rate....or even where the perch sits on the strut. I didn't get from above if the strut itself is taller, or the assembly with the spring in place.

Ford has a kit. Check my profile for threads I have started and you'll find info.

I have a brand new set of take offs from my 2018 F150 Crew Cab 4x4 5.0L. They literally have like 20 miles on them. They are up for sale in the for sale section. Front and rears are available.

So every forum on the F150 talks about the Bilstein 5100's. What's the deal with them? Why are they the best one? Everybody says they are but I don't know why. Help a buddy out here before I spend my hard earned money without knowing why.
