Considering a 4" lift and identifying wheel offset options. Have researched and have seen a few but not a lot. If you have one please post your picks here if you don't mind along with your lift brand and wheel and tire set up. Thanks in advance!

I don't think there are any/many options for 4 inch right now. Either coilover/spacer level or 6inch. Bigger tires,a level and bigger rear blok is sort of like a 4 inch lift.

I could be totally wrong about this, I just haven't seen anything on here with people who do them.

BDS offers a 4" kit for the 15 and 16 model trucks. They also now offer it with the fox coilovers as well.
