35x11.5x20 Nitto Trail Grapplers
Alright, I hate to be that guy but I've searched numerous threads and can't find a straight answer. Hoping someone here can help. I was originally looking to put some BFG KO2's on my 2016 XLT FX4 with 20" OEM PVD wheels and 2" RC Level Kit. I have now backtracked and decided on 35x11.5x20 Trail Grappler M/T's. I do not want to trim anything and don't want any rubbing. Does anyone know for sure if these will fit and if anyone is running these same size tires with just the RC Level, could you post pictures? Maybe I missed where someone has answered this, I just haven't found it yet. Seems like everyone running this tire has different size OEM wheels, same size aftermarket wheels with a different offset, or different suspension components.
Thanks for any help guys!

Yes it will fit. I've talked to two members on here with the same truck as you and I and they have the same set up. One member is Gahill2 and he has this setup, I've PM him before and he was very helpful as far as fitment and ride quality! I was gonna pull the trigger on these but have became very interested in the new Nitto Ridge Grapplers! Good Luck.

No problem. I am also looking at the recently released BFG KO2 35x12.5x20. The 285x65x20 just look too narrow to me. These are around $1400 at Discount Tire in Texas. Also been looking hard at the Nitto Ridge Grappler in the same size but they are even more expensive. I had Nitto Trails on my last F150 and they looked amazing but they were loud and killed my MPGs. From the guys I've talked to, you should be problem free with 35x11.5x20 Nitto Trail due to the high factory offset of +44.

Beer, Boats, and Trucks.
Eh I dont like my Trails, would never get them again. Look badass for sure but they are loud, rough, and aren't great on the street or rain. Did pretty well in the snow and offroad though.
Looking at the 285/65R20 KO2s but they are so expensive. Skinnier than I want but they should ride way better and help my sluggishness out a bit (lighter and narrower)

Well these were 33's on my 03 FX4 with the 5.4 and cranked torsion bars so take with an overdosing grain of salt, but I would say it lost at least 3-4 MPGs. I would definitely look at the Ridge Grapplers. I haven't read a bad review, they are new so they are a little pricey and a little hard to find, but I have been finding them on Amazon and Discount Tire Direct. People are saying they look like a Trail and ride smoother than a G2. I'm not a fan of 20's (although the stock ones on the Sports are quite nice) so I plan on trading for the Sport 18s and throwing on some 295/70/18 Ridge Grapplers and some 1.5" Bora Spacers. Just ordered some Fox 2.0 Coilovers to match my 2.0 Fox Rears!

I'm pretty sure a 35x11.5 will fit on factory wheels with a level, since the factory wheel is a +44 offset. I've heard of guys running 35x12.5's on factory wheels with a level and not rubbing at all, and some say they rub on the UCA's, so I have no clue. I have 35x12.5 BFG's with a 2" level on +18 offset wheels and don't rub. But I also swapped front crash bars from side to side, otherwise I would have rubbed. The rears and UCA's clear just fine.
I am thinking of going back to factory wheels, those 20" PVD chrome wheels from the Lariat's and King Ranch are just sooooo nice. I'm not a big fan of aftermarket wheels, I have no idea why I bought what I have. I don't want to rub with 35x12.5's, but a 285/65 is like $75 a tire MORE and too skinny. Ughhhhh.
