35's on a 2016
Hey guys. Newbie here, first post.
I have a 2016 F150 with a 2 1/2 levelling kit. Bought some 18 x9" rims with zero offset and All Terrain KO's 325/65/18 tires.
Went to mount them and there is some serious interference front and back of front wheels.
I read a number of times that 35's would clear.
Any advice appreciated.

Try an offset that doesn't push the wheels out quite so much. You'll reduce your turning arc that way and may have better clearance in the front. Plus the back wheels will sit deeper in the wheel well like they're supposed to.
I went the opposite direction and put some 255/70/18 light duty AT tires on a stock ford rim. I drive a dirt road every day as well as other unimproved surfaces and a wide tread pattern would not serve me as well as a narrow one. Plus I prefer the more elongated contact patch for increased braking and acceleration grip.

I have 1.5" flares that I was hoping to use.
Will lifting it more fix the issue? I suppose it will until Im turning and the body comes down, then it'll be back in the same position?

Zero offset wheels are your problem.. but, yes a 4" or 6" lift would solve it ! new wheels would be cheaper option.

What techrep said, it's your offset. You'll either have to remove your front and rear crash bars, lift your truck, or go with a MUCH less aggressive offset. I believe most people running 35's that don't rub are on factory wheels, which are a +44 offset.
I have a +18 offset and would have rubbed (shop removed crash bars), though I'm going to put the rears back in myself and see how bad they actually rub. Ford put them there for safety reasons. Watch the IIHS crash test with the 2015 Super Cab and 2015 Super Crew. The Super Cab does not have the crash bars and does significantly worse than the Super Crew. I believe all 2016 and up models with have crash bars now.

I have no idea how they would've removed the crash bars (other than cutting them out)
Does a major lift kit affect factory warranty?
