If youre trying to keep your unsprung weight down, youre best bet is gonna be to stay with 275/60/20 (33") and go with a p-rated tire. You can find p-rated tires in that size < 50 lbs.

Can you explain what p-rated tires are?

P-4ply tires
c-6ply tires
d-8ply tire
e-10 ply tires
If you read on the side of your tires the number of ply's is listed. For an example, a p rated tires says 2ply sidewall + 2 ply tread = 4ply tire The more ply's the stronger the tire, the more weight it can carry, the more pressure you can run in the tire and the more it weights. Most passenger tires a p-rated. Tires with more plys are good if you plan to tow or haul heavy loads, or if you plan to go off road because they are more puncture resistant. They also make handling more stable, because the sidewall flexes less. The disadvatages are a rougher ride and more reciprocating weight, which can affect mileage, ride quality accerleration, and increase wear on front steering and suspension components. Hope that helps.

The only difference doing that on the Ford Site is that the rolling diameter of all the wheels are the same. The overall outside diameter of the stock 18's and 20's are the same. It is made up with a shorter or taller tire.
