Default 2wd Leveling and Tires

What kind of leveling kits did most of you 2wd guys get? Also, what size tires did you put on? I was thinking 1.5", but was wondering if I could go 2.5" with a 1" block in the rear without any affect on ride quality?

2wd here with 2.5" AS level and OEM 4wd blocks/u-bolts in the rear. Rides the same as stock to me, maybe a little better since it stiffened it up some.

Does it sit level now? I'm looking for small bit of rake for when I tow. How big are the 4x4 blocks?

4x4 blocks are 1.25".

I did F150lifts.com 2.5" front and 2.25" rear on my RWD. Slight rake, I don't have the exact measurements anymore. They are in a post somewhere around here. I have 34" tires on factory 20" wheels.

I didn't notice and still haven't noticed any difference in ride quality. It still rides like the truck it was before the modifications. Maybe a little better ride since I have more sidewall with the new tires. I know my truck rides like a cloud compared to the fire engine and ambulance, but slightly rougher than my wife's SUV. I'll live.
