I am driving home right now after having them road force balanced and don't notice any major vibration. Previously my front passenger seat would shake audibly at 70mph and it very noticeable at all speeds..now i'd consider it within normal range.
So, I think the issue was improper balance by the first shop. I'll report back if anything changes once these tires settle in.

it was $25 per tire standard and $35 with road force, so an extra $40 total.

How much would a 4wd vs 2wd affect the rubbing issue? Most guys here have 4wd, but I have a lowly 2wd haha.
I'm looking at the 275/70/17 at3w's and wheels that have a 0 offset, but I'm worried I'll have rubbing issues. I have a 2" leveling kit installed

Default Need update from rclb please

New here first post. Not a kid retired military so please no garbage just joined to gain/share info. 17 xl 3.5na long bed 2wd. Any update on the rubbing since last post? My truck appears very sim to rclb's white with steel 17s. I want to upgrade to 285s also (just for the look as I have run larger than stock on every truck I've owned). Quick response on the plasti dipping- I like the look of the black wheels but there is a simple rugged no nonsense look about yours. It just looks kinda like a stoic pit bull. Nothing fancy but serious.

Default Leveling Kit?

As you can see, they're pretty much as far out as they can be without sticking past the fenders.
Looks great! Do you have a leveling kit installed? I would like to go with the 285/70/17, but not sure if I'll get any rub without the leveling kit.
