Ask RedX above, it looks like he's running 285/65 on stock suspension and wheels, he didn't mention he's having issues so seems like that is safe

285/65/20 all the way....been reading for a month and I just did a 2in level and will be putting on 285/75/20 k02s soon.

285/65/20 KO2s installed today. No front level yet.

285/65/20 KO2s installed today. Way better!

Default 285/65/20 or 275/65/20 KO2 tires

I had the 34" BFG KO2's, I think they were 275/60/20???? Nevertheless, the ride was harsh. So I installed 285/65/20 KO2's last week and am pretty happy with the swap. The only negative, even though they are still a somewhat rough ride, is they killed my power. I was surprised that a tire that is only 1/2" larger and a couple pounds heavier zapped the power like that.

I think 275/60/R20 are 33" and the 285/65/R20 are 34.5ish? 275/65/R20 34.1 ish.

Which motor and rear gear ratio do you have?

5.0 with 3.73 with mine and still has the same pep. I went with higher gear knowing I would be beefing the tires up.

3.5 EB with 3.55 gear ratio.
