Okay so you basically have my setup even though my rims are 20x10 since my tires are 33x12.5 it's basically the same. And you are on a 2.5" level? ... can I get away with only trimming a little of the fronts in your opinion or even just spreading them? Or did it run that much that it needed complete removal?

My opinion about the front bars is remove them. What would they do in a collision anyhow? The rears I see them helping the wheel from coming in the cab yes.
Yes I had a 2.5 level and also had to trim the plastic piece up against the cab if I remember right. I also ran 22x10 with Nitto trail 34.5 and had to trim some more on that can piece.

More of an issue with the wife who actually surprised me with the wheels/tires for our anniversary but doesn't want me cutting out the crashbars. You think I could get away with spreading or swapping them?

I think if I went with a 295/55 tire instead itll clear with just bending the bars ... the 295/55 is 32.8 diameter and 11.6 width. So that's .2 less diameter and almost an inch less width than my 33x12.5

Yea I guess that's my best bet ... I just figured if I go to the tire shop tomorrow and have them put them on and they don't fit then I have to deal with taking them off and getting stock tires put back on the wheels to be able to drive again :/

Why not just mount them up...drive home(maybe austin powers golf cart style) get a sawzall, metal blades and modify the front crash bars pretty sure you wont have a problem with rears...I know completely different sizes but, just make it fit is my vote Deep lip wheels are worth it . i had to trim about 2.5 inches off mine When i put my 22x14s -76 offsets on my truck. I knew id have to do some trimming. Even with a 7 inch lift.

My plan is to spread them tomorrow , go to the shop and have them put on. Hopefully no rubbing, if there is rubbing hopefully it's minimal that I can just trim an inch or two off the far side of the front crash bars and call it a day
