These things are a joke IMO. I didn't do mine. I've scoured the manual and this is a pretty easy truck to deal with. Change the oil when it tells you to (or whatever you're comfortable with) and change the air cleaner when it needs it. Other than that...nothing. I I don't have the manual in front of me but I know nothing needs to be done for at least 100k ( maybe longer) unless you tow Bobcats everyday.
No it won't void your warranty either.

They actually can deny warranty service based on service not conducted. They cannot require you to get the service done at a dealer. So if you do it yourself, or have a shop do it you are covered. Since most of it just involves checking wear items, you might read between the lines and realize you will be fine as long as you are staying on top of your oil changes and stuff.

The only real requirement is you don't go past the OLM regarding the Oil changes. If not done at the dealer be sure and document them.
Personally I take mine to the dealer for a 30-60-100K service. I also determine what it is I want done at these services along with their inspections. I change the air and cabin filter myself along with doing my own oil changes so there is really not much for them to do so the price isn't really that much. At those intervals it's usually time for an alignment which I generally have done there.

Read your owners manual. The 20k mile service is a cabin filter.
Oil change as indicated by oil life monitor
Cabin filter every 20k
Air filter every 30k
Coolant and spark plugs every 100k
All drivetrain fluids and a belt every 150k
That's all these trucks need to maintain warranty coverage.
I like to change the oil every 3k, but it's not a requirement or necessary. I do it because it's cheap insurance and I do a lot of short trips.

That is great info, I've changed my oil every 5k miles and had it done at dealer so they have record of it.
Service Manager told me I needed FI cleaning at 20k and that it was $180. Also said if I don't do and something happens with FI then warranty does not have to cover it....

That's the same upselling BS that my dealer tried to pull with me at 36K except the pitch was for decarbonization. With DIY oil changes @ 5K intervals with premium synthetic oil and use of Top Tier fuels supplemented with occasional Techron fuel additives, I'm confident that my engine is just fine and declined the service. I mentioned my displeasure with the attempted upselling in three subsequent Ford, dealer, & 3rd party rating inquiries.
