I was wondering if its possible to add lumbar adjustment to a '20 F150 XL seat that didn't come with it from the factory. I searched to see if this was talked about in the forums, but didn't see exactly what I was looking for.

Your best bet is to simply swap the seat completely. STX models have manual lumbar, so they should be a fully direct swap.
