This is how they artificially make trucks more expensive. Haven't the MSRP's increased since 2016 as well? Ah well, such is life during a trade war.

I don't remember paying $95 for the hitch on my 2018 XLT Sport. Now it looks to be an option for the '19s.

Do you have a tow package on your 2018? If so then a hitch would be part of that.

Nope - just a base 302A XLT Sport. I've tried to find other similar window stickers and from what I can tell I don't see those vehicles charged the $95.

It came with the 302A package for 2018. It is, in fact, an option on 302A for 2019.
