19's higher then 2018s? I just installed rear bilsteins in on my 2019 with no issues. Rears only.

I did the same. No issues either.

Bilstein's website shows the same part numbers for the 2018 and 2019.

I did all 4 without issue, but my front did get raised more than I thought it would. At the +1.75 setting, the front of my truck was lifted over 2". So, maybe there is some sort of change. Not sure what it would be though.

Well, I am going to the place in a bit to get my mud flaps. I will ask where he got his information. It rides fine with the OEM shocks, but, I've ridden in a bud's F150 FX4 with Bilsteins, and it was really an improvement. Thanks for the information.

The only issue I've had to date is the stereo. It's been to the dealer 5 times, and still is malfunctioning. Almost everytime you start the truck something doesnt work on the head unit. Sirus stations won't work. Doesn't get past the Ford emblem screen, black screen, won't change stations from steering wheel or unit. So far they've rebooted it which I did daily if I could, performed a TSB, replaced the APIM, and still no change. Theyve contacted Ford and I'm waiting for a solution.

24-248129 fronts

33-253190 for the rears.

That's for 4x4. . .

Rears installed easy for the most part. Make sure you have a level or crow bar to lift the bottom mount enough to get the bolt in - its not big deal - just need the leverage.

I did mine in the driveway - zero need to lift the truck.

all of them are fantasy posted MPG. You simply cannot get within 3mpg of the stated highway mpg unless you're driving it like an old lady to church on sunday.

1 time out of 100, my seat and steering wheel wont go back to the memory position when I start my truck. I have noticed it most recently when I shut the truck off, then restart it without opening the door. I have the "Easy Access" feature enabled, and it isnt enough of an adjustment to notice right away, but I catch it once in awhile "Whys my steering wheel so far away?" then I press #1 for memory and it scopes out a little bit.

At 3 weeks ownership I received a message to service brake system and I took it to dealer. They found a wire not properly plugged into the vacuum something or other.
That fixed the problem.
Last week my compass froze up and no matter what direction I was going, it said I was going east. The navigation also froze and would not come on when I touched the nav button. I unhooked the battery cables for about 5 minutes and hooked them back up. That solved the problem completely.
I'm near 5000 miles now and have no other issues so far. I couldn't be happier.
