Little confused why anyone is wanting to downgrade to an older Build which had known issues rather than updating to the latest Build 19052.

Thanks everyone for taking the time to respond... I’ve only got 1600 miles on it so far.... I think I will try locating the previous and latest versions to download and try reverting back and see what happens with each build install. I’m currently running 18366 3.3 I believe.

I thought 19052 was only for the 2019s? If not, do you have a download link? Ford's lovely Sync site still provides me an older version than what the radio came with from the factory...

I picked up my 2019 Limited Thursday night (5-9-19). Yesterday I started experiencing issues with Sync3 described above. I performed a factory reset and it appears to be working fine for now. I will update if my situation changes.

I tried a master reset to no avail. I managed to install the latest update 19*** and has helped a little but still having issues. It’s going on on the 21st for its first service and see what the dealership can figure out with it I guess.
