2019 Lariat on the lot since 11/18
I have a PCO that is about to expire. Found a dealer with a 2019 501a Lariat equipped the way I want. The Lariat was built 20181118. Guessing its been on the lot since December of 2018. Going to go in lowball and work my way from there using Tops PNA. Assuming I get the price I want, what things do I want the dealership to check for since it was built and has probably been sitting on the lot for a half year at this point?

I bought a 2018 about 3 weeks ago that was on the lot since last September. They filled it up with gas and I drove it away. I think your truck will be OK.

I bought my 2018 last year, in May. It was built November 2017. There is nothing special the dealer should need to do. As long as it is the truck you want, and you get the deal you want, go for it!

My 2016 had been sitting on the lot for a year when I bought it. No problems at all. Did not even have any tire flat spot issues.

Six months isn't much as far as sitting on the lot is concerned, especially for F-150s as they have so many build configs and make so many of them that it's not at all unusual for some combos to sit for 1 year or more. Every F-150 I have had except my 2019 has sat on a lot for 6+ months before I got it.
As other have said, just gas it up, wash it, and go. If the tires have any "flat" spots, they will round out after a few miles.

The 14 I had sat for a year. The only thing that did need to be taken care of was the sun bleached bed extender. It did need the battery replaced after a few months, but that was attributed to a glitch in the battery saver programming more than it had sat for a year.

Chances are it is still sitting there because the dealer knows someone will buy it at their price. Find one you want and buy it at a reasonable price.
I was going to compromise on a stripped down Lariat for a knock out price, but I decided I am going to get one I want with the equipment I want. Nothing extreme, but I want a certain color, center console, 3.5 20" wheels , max tow and no sunroof. Those are my minimum requirements.
Will buy one by the eom based on $3,500 pco.
Happy shopping

My Lariat 501a was completed 12/18/2018. I bought it 04/29/2019. I guess nobody liked a red truck at this dealership.
Did 0% for 72 months - and paying if off in 2.5 years. paid $52700 [plus TTL] for a $59715 MSRP F150 with a $61215 price before Lariat / NAV discount. Having it sit was simply a reason for them to cut it back a little more than usual, didn't stop the usual BS.
They started at ~ invoice - which was about $56700. I wanted the sunroof and leather - so I had to go Lariat. Prob could have gotten an XLT wth more or less than options for $47 or so = but not leather and sunroof.
If it's what you are willing to pay - go for it.

My 2017 502a Lariat was built in October of 2016. I purchased it in February of 2018. It had a couple hundred on the odometer as it was a dealer transfer (driven from one dealer to the one I bought it from in exchange for something else for someone else). They put gas in it, and I drove away.
FWIW, you may not be able to bargain that much on the price. That's still pretty fresh on the lot for a 2019 and I don't know of any 2020's starting to roll out yet. Mine was a lone '17 sitting among all the '18's, and the dealer I bought it from made a very bad error (on their part) on the listing ($48K + TTL for a truck that stickered at $62K). I had to put up a hell of a fight, but I got it for that price.
