I am hoping to order a new f150 supercrew 4x4 with 5.0 and HDPP. Based in all of the great reviews, I am considering using the Billstein 5100’s to level it out some. Will probably install the brush guard, tool box and nerf bars first. My question is do you recommend going with front’s only or all 4 wheels?

I just did all 4 on my 2017 3.5 .If I had it to do over I’d do just the rears. Since I tow often and heavy ,I did t raise the front at all. It gets leveled out by the trailer tongue weight,,,,it’s the rear that really needs the better shocks. In your case since you want to lift the front ,I’d do all 4,do not leave the stock rears they are terrible.The Bilsteins stop the rear end hop and kick out.

Thanks - I only tow my trailer about 2 days per year and I like the look of only about 1” rake. My trailer weighs 6,000 lbs. I am thinking that with 1” rake and my equalizer hitch my trailer should tow fine?

It should tow perfect . I wanted to go the first notch but decided not too.... rears are a 5 minute install fronts not horrible , just time consuming .
