Keep in mind that I'm not threatening you, but giving you a warning for your own good.

the testosterone finally comes out and you think you know who you are talking to. Far cry. Your MMA can go pound sand. I am 225 lbs MEUSOC Marine with a black belt. Take your petty *** comments to another thread bro. “Oh I am big and bad and I go to a MMA gym. “ 😂 ......shivering in my boots......🙄 You should take your own advice sometimes. 1. you don’t have lane keep. Programming could be off which does that to your truck. I would help you figure it out but you just wanna keep getting offended.

2. You do not have lane keep, if you would like to add it please get off this thread and take your questions to the link I provided you. No one wants to hear any of this BS from some guy who is butt hurt about his truck. Bye Felicia 👋🏼

I'm 5'10" , 160 lbs, don't care who you are, how big or small you are, but do have tremendous respect for our military...even you, for your sacrafice, service, and ability.
Regardless, I don't put up with people's sh*t. I'm no badass, but can give an *** whippin just the same as taking one, doesn't matter.
Sometimes that's the only way people understand respect.
YOU were the smartass and aggressor, and I answered.
If we want accountability, we both need to step up and see our wrong doings.
I can swallow my pride. Can you?

bud I already messaged you prior to all this via private message, instead of airing dirty laundry on the thread. see if we can figure out why your truck steers when you don’t have lane keep. My pride is swallowed all the time and walk around this world listening to people who talk and say things. I could careless. I know who I am, what I have done, proud of it or not, and what I am capable of. It makes me laugh at all the petty BS out there. I don’t say a word or don’t do a thing cause half the time people don’t know who they are talking to or who they are coming at talking to me. In my opinion it’s petty and ain’t worth my time nor my career. However a thread is not the time nor the place. Hence why I messaged you personally. 👍🏼

Thank you for your work on this KR2019. I have a 2019 502A that is loaded with everything but ACC and have been thinking about adding this.

I completely respect your statement And I agree with it. Belive it or not, I have basically the same attitude.
That obviously has not shown here, as I got frustrated and lost my cool, and for that, I do apollogize.
And yes...my truck really pulls to the lines with Heavy steering in normal mode.
Switch to any other mode, and I instantly feel the wheel stop pulling, and the steering dramatically improves.
I don't know why, hence the discussion.
It's not that big of a deal to me, as I drive in eco or sport.
I also have no PM from you either, I'll reload the site and see if it shows up

Hey KR2019, outside of trying to figure out FORScan what was the hardest part of this build? For the IDS step, did you have to go to Ford for the calibration?

I would say the hardest was running the wiring harness and removing bumper to install the speed sensor. Which in reality wasn’t anything that was overwhelming but it was the hardest step and the most time consuming. The steering wheel controls were easy.

I did the IDS PMI and IVD by myself. I had a VCMII and I bought IDS software 2 day license. The dealer will be able to do it. Just make sure it’s a good dealer. IDS literally takes like 10-15 min tops.

First off thank you KR2019 for all this. And I sure am glad that this thread is got back on track.
I also need to figure out forscan being new at all this.
How long did it take you all in all aside from the programming and calibration.
Your last paragraph I didnt understand at all. I have no clue what those acronyms mean. Lol sounded like when I go to a management meeting. Lol battle of acronyms who can use the most. All kidding aside, I'm curious how much the dealer would charge for all this.

Less than 3 hours of total work. That’s install of speed sensor and wiring harness in bumper, steering wheel controls, and IPMA if you needed to replace it at all. The VCMII is just the vehicle communication module that is used to link your truck to a PC with IDS installed (Ford Motor Company Software for programming modules and repairs and has as built data access via internet), PMI (programmable module installation) is setup program for new module installation. (The new abs module) IVD is another program run to make sure all the modules are calibrated and talking to each other and running properly.

At a dealership the IDS procedures should be .5 to 1 hour of labor and that’s whether they want to f you in labor costs. Cause in reality it takes 10-15 min if everything is installed prior. The Ford dealerships around here would not add the parts for ACC w/ stop and go. They refuse. So I did all that parts install labor myself. The bumper for speed sensor(CADS3) which is not hard to remove, the steering wheel controls, and the abs ECU module was legit a plug and four 4 or 5mm bolts. Mechanic and labor wise it’s an easy install. Not much experience needed. There are also YouTube videos for bumper removal if you need guidance as well as in believe a video for steering wheel airbag removal.
