Hey guys, I know this is an old inactive tread, but if anyone is still around I could use a little help. I have a 2019 f150 lariat with the 501 package . I have followed the steps and installed the correct parts. I had to run the 22 awg twisted can wires and also ran a ground and 12v from fuse box. I ran the can bus wires from the ipma 3, 11 pins to the c134 connector along with the power and ground. My trouble is I am getting code u0405 and don't see the ccm in forscan. I have made another wire hardness and still getting u0405. I am at a stand still on this and would greatly appreciate any help, advice on where to look to fix this. Oh yeah I also did a volt meter test at the ccm plug and have gr, 12v, can 2.4v and can 2.6v

Thanks

Try deleting the forscan vehicle profile. On subsequent connections, it just queries the previously detected modules to speed up connection time. If you delete the profile, it'll force it to do a complete scan.

@WDBrand60 I was going to say the same as that was my issue. Also refer back to thread #198 and on, they were talking about the same code.

Thanks for the quick response mtech and algab. Ok so when i boot up forscan it pops a window up asking if I want to use, load a previous profile I always say no and forscan seems to be doing a new scan but are you saying i need or should delete the two saved profiles I have? It will load a saved profile anyways? this is my first project using Forscan

Thanks

If you select 'no' to the question asking about using an existing profile, it should do a complete scan.

What type of obd adapter are you using? Does it have access to both HS and MS can? Off the top of my head, I'm not sure if the module you are trying to access is is on HS or MS Can. Just wanted to put this out there.

I am using the vcx nano, I am getting codes c1a67 (forward looking sensor) u0405 (invalid data) and u2100 (configuration not complete) When i look through the module scan list the c-cm isn't there. I purchased a used ccm off ebay JX7Z-9E731-E. I thought that it was a bad sensor so i returned it and bought a new from ford dealer, still have the same out come though.. Also I have the KL3T-19H406-CE for the ipma and the switch JL3Z-9C888-FA.

So I have a 2020 f150 stx. I bought all the parts off the list and installed everything. The issue I am having is when I load forscan to program the new ACC module, it does not see it. I tried a new profile on forscan and nothing. I know when I added BLIS to my truck I had to run an extra set of wires to the canbus due to the stx models not having them already pinned. Is this the case for the ACC as well? Any help would be super helpful. I already had someone send me the wiring diagram for the connectors but I am not I am reading it correctly so I will attach them as well. Thank you to anyone that helps!

Have you checked your C134 to see if it's fully populated? My 19 XLT 302A was missing signal wires (-/+) from IPMA and a ground.

I did not. I will do that now. I saw the thread about adding the wires to the IPMA but must have misread as I thought that was for adding stop and go. Where did you get a harness to run from the IPMA? Where did you run the ground to? Thank you for the help!

There is no sub-harness for that, had to make my own. Have to use twisted pair 22 awg from IPMA to the C134. Unfortunately I can't remember where I tapped ground, I'll see if I can find pics I took as I went along. Also, I believe you may need a 12v that you'll have to tap into, I used 12v from active shutters (on the same harness, if I remember right).
