I hate to ask, but can someone post up a definitive list of what all is needed to this? Parts + any software(have FORSCAN), etc? I've gone through most of this thread and it seems like every few pages something in addition to or different is needed vs what was laid out in the first few pages.

I have a 2020 Lariat w/502a.

Look at posts 264 and 265. Those should describe what you need and how to do it. My only comments to add is that you can use KL3Z-2C219-E (ABS MODULE) if you can't find KL3Z-2C219-D and if you are using a metric torque wrench when installing it, use 3 Nm as opposed to 8 Nm.

Also to note on the software end. Make sure you backup your as built module data before you do anything. You can reference this video. I wound up in a situation where I would have been in trouble if I wasn't able to restore to the factory values.
You'll need access to FJDS or IDS to finish the job. You can ask your dealer to do this, or you can purchase a license from Ford and do it yourself. If you decide to do it yourself, you'll need a VCM II adaptor.
Here is the adaptor I used. I don't particularly recommend it, but it did work.

I was not able to use that VCM adaptor with FORSCAN and instead I used my Bluetooth OBDlink to work with that. Or you can save some cash and get a wired version.

I will have the FORScan and procedures up soon. Keep in mind that my FORScan changes may be different because I have a loaded King Ranch already. So park assist, lane keep, Hill decent, etc. The installation procedure is the same as the 2018s minus the HUD. I will repost their procedure edited with changes for the 2019s.

PARTS:

CADS (CCM)- JX7Z-9E731-E
ABS Control module- KL3Z-2C219-D
IPMA- KL3Z-19G490-A **
** If you do not have IPMA listed above you will need this
Switch Assembly- JL3Z-9C888-FA
Bracket- JL3Z-14C022-A
Wire park sensor- JL3Z-15K867-B
Wire Parking- JL3Z-15K867-G ** (LED FOG)
**This will depend on if you have LED fog or not.
Spring nut (3)- N800296-S900
Bolt and Washer (4)- W505424-S900
Nut Flanged (4)-W520802-S900
Nut (3)- W705817-S441
Stud (2)- W717467-S439
Stud - W717468-S439
I read in another thread that you can't do this on an XLT or XL because they don't have the 8" instrument cluster. If I have a 2019 STX and I've done the lariat 8" cluster swap, would adding ACC be possible?

Does anyone have a picture of the service procedure in Forscan for radar alignment?

Also I have a King Ranch with the IPMA, but I do not have lane keep or ACC. Without those options, what is the IPMA used for?

2.Clear all DTCs (you may have multiple) You should be able to get rid of all of them except ABS U2101 - Incompatible configuration
3. I did not have to change the IPMA so I did not run the IPMA calibration.
4. Run the C-CM calibration
5. Clear all DTCs (you may have multiple) You should be able to get rid of all of them except ABS U2101 - Incompatible configuration

At this point you should have the following IPC error when you start your truck (Normal Cruise Active, Adaptive Cruise Control Not Available) and the one DTC as mentioned above. Your cruise and remote start for that matter will not work at all. All the IPC items will show up however will be greyed out so you will not be able to change them.

Replace ABS ECU
I will be honest I literally dropped my vehicle off at a buddies shop and ran some errands but these are the steps he took. Must be done on a level surface.
1. Using IDS start the PMI procedure
2. When prompted, replace the old ABS ECU with the new one. 4 bolts @ 27 in/lb 8Nm
3. Complete PMI procedure
4. On a level surface perform the IVD which should be recommended after PMI procedure.
5. Using IDS clear all DTCs except the again ABS U2101 - Incompatible Configuration.

Forscan Change Set 2 of 2
1. Make the following change in Forscan
ABS - 760-03-01 Fxxx xx. Could be D if you don’t have the Hill Decent Switch installed.
2. Run ABS apply and release procedure
3. Clear any DTCs (They should all go away at this point)

Change Cruise to Adaptive
1. In the IPC change the Cruise Control mode from Normal to Adaptive

Welcome to the ACC w/ Stop and Go club!

So regarding the wire parking - JL3Z-15K867-G
This is the correct one to get if I have LED fogs right? Also, is there a way to check what ABS module I have installed on my truck before I buy one? My truck is a 2020 Lariat w/502a. Thanks.

I have 19 lariat with the 502a package and yes you will need the abs module as it has been brought up by many. I have the led and yes that is the harness. I actually bought 2 and I am currently selling mine on eBay for dirt cheap. Still in the package. Just do a search for that part number

I just wanted to know if maybe for 2020 they installed the right one now? Several things changed between 2019 and 2020 like the standard features.

Well i bought all the parts! is there a way to do this without forscan? Can I take it to the dealer and have them activate it? I am having some other work done so I would like to have them o it until I am comfortable with forscan. Thanks!

It is highly unlikely that you will find a dealer willing to add a OEM component that didn't come on your truck originally, especially when it involves programming
