Maybe...
It's the one the dealer gave with a vin from a 2019 platinum with all the goodies

Starliner57 I think that was meant for s_vares but for what it is worth I also have the JX7Z-9E731-F. Granted I will not have mine completely installed until Friday and will let you all know how it goes.

Fordpiper Thank you so much for the detailed explanation on how to get the terminal PIN numbers. I also bought the premium/expanded version, so that explains why I couldn't find it in there. I will have to get a list of projects together that will need pins, so I can knock it all out at once and not have to pay multiple time.

Thank you.
Please let us know how it goes. It's gotta be a hardware issue with mine

Awesome! Thanks.
If I go back to as built seems normal with exception of the SCCM everything works with h regular cruise and no errors. So that's good. I will keep it like that till I have another idea.

I've even poured over the as built from another identical Platinum but with ACC and all my stuff looks right.

Unfortunately, I don't have any known working hardware to try.

I'm in Thunder Bay. Pretty close, haha.
Did you order your switch? Rockauto has it for a decent price for us Canadians .

Tbay... well that is only a 7-8 hour drive. I ended up ordering all from ford as I have a family member who works in parts so I got everything for a decent price. Yes the switch is on order. Everything was in stock in Canadian warehouses except the switch that had to come from Memphis.

Bad/Potentially Important News.

I called the dealer again to get a replacement CCM ordered up. I gave them the same vin, but they told me a different part number. This time they said JX7Z-9E731-E.
(I tried to use the part number previously from the thread but they Insisted on a VIN)

So looks like one of 2 things... Either H1BZ-9E731-F won't work or mine is just defective.

New part is now on order.

That is bad news and I know it doesn't help but at least now you know you'll have a different part to try altogether.

Hope it works for you this time!
