It must want higher than 13 VDC and even with the engine on and rev up a little it doesn't show more than at pin 16. hmmmm

Per their website it says Note: Do not support Ford F150 now, but our engineer is now trying to solve this problem?

Do you think that is correct or am I looking at the wrong one? vxdiagshop

I have a 2020 F-150 Lariat 3.5 Eco.
I've used mine on every ford and it always works. You must use their VCI manager (some sketchy hacked version) but the device works on every ford I've tried including my '19 F150.

If so It may not be correct the E7 is the checksum, your truck may be different. Go back to your original as built for that
line and then change it again using only the first 9 and the 69 let Forscan write the rest that should get rid of the pre-collision
assist not available warning. When you install the new correct steering wheel switch and code the SCCM for that switch it should
then work.
No dice. Tried it and still getting the "pre collision assist not available" on the cluster and the 2 codes (I will post pictures of)

DTC - U0405:64
Description - Invalid Data Received From Cruise Control Module: Signal Plausibility Failure

Interesting... No codes on the CCM I ran a network test too and everything passed.

Has anyone ran into this before?

If I can get past this voltage issue with IDS I would be able to see if I get those codes or if it all works. I got the info from my shop manual so I take it you have all the codes cleared now? If so road test and let us know!

No, those codes are still in there.
If you clear them they come back immediately. Not sure what's wrong, but there are no codes in the CCM as the repair suggests.

I'm at a standstill now too

Here is from another post.

https://www.f150forum.com/attachment...se-control.pdf (based on 2018 document)

it points to a couple of causes.

1. Bad wiring or pin insertion (check all your connections)
2. Sensor alignment
3. Obstructed sensor

Based on the other error i am wondering if it’s a bad connection on your wiring newly installed harnesses.

Thank You for the relpy.!

That sounds very likely, I will take the bumper back off in the next few days and reinspect everything, hopefully it didn't get pinched 😒

My parts are on order and my truck is also from Canada so I am very interested in seeing you succeed as this will be my path to success.
