2019 Adding Adaptive Cruise
It must want higher than 13 VDC and even with the engine on and rev up a little it doesn't show more than at pin 16. hmmmm
Thank you for the quick reply s_vares.
Per their website it says Note: Do not support Ford F150 now, but our engineer is now trying to solve this problem?
Do you think that is correct or am I looking at the wrong one? vxdiagshop
I have a 2020 F-150 Lariat 3.5 Eco.

Looks like the 764-01-01 line is correct. Did you type in on line 706-01-01 the numbers KR2019 supplied?
If so It may not be correct the E7 is the checksum, your truck may be different. Go back to your original as built for that
line and then change it again using only the first 9 and the 69 let Forscan write the rest that should get rid of the pre-collision
assist not available warning. When you install the new correct steering wheel switch and code the SCCM for that switch it should
then work.

Description - Forward Looking Sensor: Bus Signal/Message Failure
Fault Trigger Conditions: This continuous memory and on-demand DTC sets in the IPMA when the precollision assist range status, yaw rate and vehicle velocity messages from the CCM on the private CAN are missing.
DTC - U0405:64
Description - Invalid Data Received From Cruise Control Module: Signal Plausibility Failure
Fault Trigger Conditions: This continuous memory DTC can set due to a fault in the CCM or an input to the CCM. RETRIEVE and FOLLOW non-network Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) from the CCM. REFER to: Cruise Control (419-03B Cruise Control - Vehicles With: Adaptive Cruise Control, Diagnosis and Testing). If no Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) are present in the CCM, DIAGNOSE the observable symptom.

Has anyone ran into this before?
If I can get past this voltage issue with IDS I would be able to see if I get those codes or if it all works. I got the info from my shop manual so I take it you have all the codes cleared now? If so road test and let us know!
If you clear them they come back immediately. Not sure what's wrong, but there are no codes in the CCM as the repair suggests.
I'm at a standstill now too

it points to a couple of causes.
1. Bad wiring or pin insertion (check all your connections)
2. Sensor alignment
3. Obstructed sensor
Based on the other error i am wondering if it’s a bad connection on your wiring newly installed harnesses.

That sounds very likely, I will take the bumper back off in the next few days and reinspect everything, hopefully it didn't get pinched 😒
My parts are on order and my truck is also from Canada so I am very interested in seeing you succeed as this will be my path to success.
