Hi HeyHeyTommyJ,
I did get the harness fabricated and installed and installed the new JL3Z-15K867-B and G wiring harnesses and CCM installed and leveled.
I still need to install the steering wheel switch and program everything. As far as the ABS module write down your vin number and call your
dealers parts department with your vin they can give you the part number for the ABS module on your truck to see if it matches the part
number KR2019 has supplied. I removed my grille to do the work I have a 3.5 ecoboost the harness you need to replace and the C134 connector
is right there. I was able to install the CCM mounting bracket without removing the bumper also. I will post the connector pin numbers that I got
from BoostedGreyGoose and Livnitup you will need 22GA wire to make your sub harness if needed. Did you check to see if your C134 connector
hase the wires populated in it for the CCM. It is 4 wires

starliner57,
Since your ABS module is the correct one from the factory, I assume this will eliminate the need for IDS to complete the project. Am I correct in thinking that? From what I've been reading, all other electronic updates can be made from FORSCAN.

I'm not sure where to look for the C134 connector, do you have a picture or location to look? I haven't removed the gill, is this something I can see without taking it apart?

Thanks!

The C134 connector is located on top of the passanger frame rail up behind the bumper mount on my 2019 EcoBoost you can see it from below. As far as the ABS module I will not know if
it will work untill I try next weekend. At this point the ABS module according to my vin is the one KR2019 calls out in his parts list.

starliner57,
I had a look under the truck just before heading home. I think I found what you were talking about, but I think there were more than 4 wires in the connector.

Can you confirm if this is the connector?

This was the label on the cable I believe you were talking about.

I think there were more than 4 wires in the connector, I should have counted, but I was having a hard time getting it disconnected in the location I was parked.

HeyHeyTommyJ
That is the connector it will have more than four wires in it already you need to see if the four wires are there to run the CCM on the engine side of the connector (the half in your photo)
You are looking for wires with the following colors pin 1 GY-BU pin 2 BN-BU pin 10 GY-BN and pin 12 BL-GY if they are there then you will not have to make a sub harness and
pin to those locations.

Hi Starliner57,

Did you end up installing your switch and programming the module? Is your ACC working now?

Sould you mind sharing with us some more information about the harness you made?

Thank you very much!

Hi raff150,
Have not had time to get the system working but the harness is installed that I made.
It has four wires (2 ea.can buss wires, power wire and ground wire) The two can buss wires plug into
the IPMA behind the rear view mirror travel across the headliner to the passenger side A pillar travel down
the pillar untill you reach the mounting stud for the air bag. There I picked up the ground connection
continued down to the BCM where I picked up power. Then thru the firewall using the small oval plug
as a insulator for the harness and continued to the C134 connector and pinned the four wires there.
The two can buss wires MUST be a twisted pair all the way from the IPMA to the engine bay connector.
All wires are 22ga. I am making another harness for a friend of mine when done I will post a photo of it.

I finally made it to the dealer to ask about my ABS. According to them, I have the correct ABS control module already. At the moment I'm hoping this is correct and pulling the trigger on ordering what I believe are the remaining components. According to the parts site I ordered from, the sensor for trucks with pre-crash are significantly cheaper so I'm excited that I also have that option. After tax and shipping, I'm in for $575.
Parts should be here on the 13th.... Perhaps I'll have a Valentines date with my truck. I'll likely need some FORSCAN assistance to thanks in advance to those with more experience with this than myself!

I tried finishing up on my install this weekend after I received my missing harness and it was throwing a bunch of codes and I had to revert my Forscan changes back to my original settings. I purchased H1BZ-9E731-AE sensor unit and I found out that I needed to get a wire from the CADS sensor to the wiring harness. I had to purchase JL3Z-15K867-B so I could connect the two. I also thought I had the correct ABS module because I checked it and that was the only module for both mine and a VIN that that had it and the but when I was in Forscan I didn't see the CCM module and could not enter in my codes. I will have to order and install it and I hope it will resolve the U2100 and C1A67 and the U0405 codes. I saw a set of number on my ABS module 0 265 259 616 on the top so I don't know if anyone can confirm if the have something different.

I took the grille off which made it easier to rewire the harness and for the pigtail harness for the sensor I was able to follow the holes in the frame to connect it as if it was installed at the factory. I saved all my modified builds so when I get the new part I can just load them up. One thing that I did noticed is the CADS sensor has 8 pins and the wire harness JL3Z-15k867-G and the end of the pigtail harness is only has 4 so I hope that is correct.

The only change that I need to confirm is the IPC 720--09-01 xxxx xxxx 2xxx which both VIN's that I have that has ACC both have a Zero which I am thinking I should use. And the ABS 760-03-01 Fxxx xx. I installed Hill Decent and I don't know if the other two VIN's have this option so I don't know if F would be correct. I think it is but I had errors on my hill decent.

I'll try this again in a week or two depending on the weather.

For anyone who installed the ABS module, I know it's 4 bolts, is there anything else that I should be aware of? Also it looks like there is a newer part number KL3Z-2C219-E for the ABS module.

thanks

Would you please PM me the instructions to turn Lane Keep Assist as I too have a 2019 Lariat with Cruise and Pre-collision. I just got this truck last week and have Forscan with an adaptor on the way. If you know where the switch would go I might be willing to add a switch too. I will also look tomorrow in the electronic service manual with wiring I have to see if I can find where the switch would get wired to. Thanks!!!
