Only about 1200 miles on the rig but noticed the other day as I was putting in Pace Edward Jackrabbit tonneau, the inside of the bed box has a gap of up to .020 between the sides of the bed and floor.
As a retired Quality Manager for the largest commercial aircraft company in the US you kinda notice these things. Headed to the dealer in the morning to speak with them about it. The tonneau protects the bed but it just doesn’t look right. Not real happy about not having wheel well liners in the rear either.

I had just had mine LineX sprayed and even with that I noticed the gap. While I’m not too worried as my truck will never carry anything of substance in the bed it still has me wondering if this is a defect. If anything driving in cool, wet conditions in the northwest my concern is moisture coming up from the bottom of my bed. Just an annoyance.

Lol. No your wrong! I couldn’t own a Chevy, Dodge, or other model. Funny thing. You drive down the road and first thing you notice when you see a late model Chevy coming at you- you see a parking, or headlight out. Even very new trucks you see this on. Love the duratec diesel and the new aggressive looks but that’s not nearly enough.

Anyone notice (especially on cold start) that when turning the ignition on the oil pressure gauge reads normal pressure before the engine is even running? -2018 STX 2.7L

Nope, no complaints so far and well worth the 2 month waiting time!
Maybe the Collision avoidance System doesn't trigger every time I get too much on top of the vehicle ahead, but then again I tend to control my brake pedal as soon as I see that I'm getting too close for comfort, so I probably overide the system too early for it to warn me. And when it does, I'm not counting on it and holy crap, the scare lol!
Hopefully this truck follows the awesome reliability my previous one had, because it's an even more amazing vehicle to drive. Oh, wait, I have a tiny complaint... the 2013 cloth seats were way more comfortable, though these look sexier (if that applies ). I find myself inflating the lumbar support all the way to deflate it right away to have a feeling of comfort on the seat. Maybe the leather needs to stretch still...
3 week old truck!
Good luck to all the new owners

Brake Warning Message
Via FordPass, received message titled "Brake Warning". Said to disengage the parking brake and if brake light stayed on, seek service. Went to vehicle and did as stated and light went off. If I'm understanding this message, it means I should have seen this while driving, I haven't. Playing it safe, scheduled service. My 18 Lariat is just hitting 1233 miles.
Has anyone seen this before?
Other than that, "Happy Owner"....
UPDATE: After tad more research, appears when you have the parking brake on and then go from Park to Drive, you get a warning on your dash (PARKING BRAKE ON!) which also then sends the message to FordPass. Didn't realize I was doing such, but will test tomorrow to see if that causes that message.
If that's the case, then I'll be a completely bug-free "Happy Lariat" owner...
