This happened to me this morning, too. Didn't see anything on sensors.

I figure I would share some of the issues I have had with my truck. '18 STX 2.7 4X4 Supercab. Purchased in August of '18. I had a passenger door panel rattle @ 240 miles, loose screw in the door panel and was missing the trim piece that covers the latch over the "half door." Passenger mirror motor was bad, probably since the truck rolled off the lot, fixed today @ 6500 miles. Passenger door latch froze on me a few weeks ago, fixed Tuesday @ 6400 miles. I have had door panel rattles in where I believe is the "half doors" for the past few thousand miles, I am just sick of taking it in for little stuff. I have had the typical firm shifting from 1-2, 3-4 since I had bought the truck. If you have the windows down you can hear the rear leafs squeak going over bumps, happens often with the garbage roads around here, haven't researched or figured out a remedy for that yet. I really love the truck otherwise.

1. Clicking/rattling sort of noise - started around 400 miles. Only occurs after cold starts and only happens for about a half second when I take my foot off the gas. Almost sounds like the shutter on a DSLR camera shooting in burst mode, but louder. It goes away after driving for a bit and is more severe/louder when I first start driving in the morning.

2. Another sound - a quiet but high pitched noise when the truck shifts. Doesn't sound real bad, I'm just curious what it is. It's so quiet that you can only hear it clearly with the radio off and windows down. I've heard this since day 1.

Any insight on what these noises might be would be greatly appreciated!
Hello.
I puchased 2018 F150 Lariat V8 in December, 2018. As you know, when I press and release the gas pedal slightly, I can hear the rattle noise. Even I have the TSB 18-2354 done but the noise still comes out. As far as I know, Ford can't fix it yet.
Do you still the noise??

Default 2018 5.0 Lariat 502 Special Edition

I purchased mine in Dec 2017...ordered Oct 2017 and built in MI. Had some passenger seat rattle issue early on but it went away as did a pillar rattle. The only other thing I have as far as issues is a slight rattle at low speeds when I let off the gas pedal. The dealer noticed it a few months back and said there was a fix coming. I know others mentioned the same thing. Doesnt seem to affect anything else. My special edition leather seats seem to be holding up better than the seats on my previous 2015 lariat.

Now have 19,000 miles on the truck and couldn't be happier. Been a great truck for past 14 months. Also no issues with many weeks of -20 to -30 temps in WI and MN this winter.

Default 2018 F150 rear window leak

Had a issue with the rear sliding window leaking. Took it to a hand car wash, as my son was in the back seat and I sprayed the back window he got soaked. Only 2300 miles on it and its the first time it has happened. Checked if window was closed all the way, it was. Then took it to the dealer and they couldnt get it to do it and it hasnt done it again. No idea....

Hi everyone;
i have had an on going issue like many I’m sure. This is a continuation of another post earlier in this thread.
anyways I have had my truck in twice now for door latches freezing up. Second time ‘ford engineering’ was involved and it was there for 3 days then I took it as I need a truck, finally they had a fix! Took it back to get it fixed, another day gone. And now just over a week later 3 doors are still working fine. Rear passenger door though, no longer opens from the outside or inside, and the window is stuck down. Works great considering it’s been -25 to -40 this last few weeks. Tried phoning ford of Canada numerous times now and sit on hold I assume for over 10 minutes each time with nothing. U have no idea even if u are on hold no music or anything just dead silence. Loved the truck but this is getting real old now.

Yup! mine does the same and has been so since I bought it a few months back. It comes and goes. My other truck had the sensors and not once did it ever go off when it shouldn't have. PITA
