Post 2018 OEM TPMS will not pair.

Hey everyone I have a issue that I wasnt able to find a solution for in the search box.
I own a 2018 Platinum F150. Custom ordered delivered off the truck in April VIN 1FTFW1E59JFC35725.
Upon ordering the truck I got new takeoffs from another customer, they are 22" factory OEM LIMITED wheels as a package.
Before delivery of the truck in my posession I had them install the new 22" wheels, adjust all the sensors ( 22"s are 1.6% smaller then the stock 20"s and this is important for self parking feature)
The truck had NO issues with their TPMS sensors all summer while using the ford 22' wheels
I had sold my stock OEM 20's and broke the beed down and removed the TPMS sensors from them, as the new purchaser didnt need them, and I knew .i could use them for my winters.
Here is my problem
With the winter rims and winter tires and the original factory TPMS sensors installed on the truck, my dealership is telling me these sensors will not program to the truck (and .i can see the warning message on the DIC) they are telling me the sensors are not correct to the truck and they simply wont program.
my issue is they are factory equiped sensors, the sensors the truck rolls off the car hauler with....
they Emit 315MHZ off the scan tool ( I will attach photos shortly) and Will pair and communiate to the scan tool
The sensors are the long style with the round button cell on the one side ( I only know what they look like as they were in the cupholder for a couple days.) and i asked the service tech to report back wth the offical part number of the sensor.
So im at a loss as to what has happend and HOW this issue has happend when the truck PDI'd and worked correctly from the factory/, and now... They dont pair and im being told they are not designed for this truck and wont work....when they were equiped with them from the factory! :S

How far have you driven the truck with the winter tires now mounted?

Are the 22's away, some distance, from the truck?

Hello.
the 22's are stored in a shipping container 200+ feet from where the truck is parked durring the evening and weekends.

Are you getting the Message on the instrument panel that it's not recognizing the sensors? (ie "Tire Pressure Monitoring System Fault")

I have 2 sets of wheels I switch between - one set with sensors that came with the truck and another set with Motorcraft sensors I bought - both sets work great and no issues switching between sets.

Hello. Thank you for the advice.
I am aware of thie auto learn when tires are swaped as my other vehiles do this.
My issue is that ford is telling me that the OEM TPMS isnt correct for the truck which is causing the issue of not learning to the truck.
Has anyone had a issue like this?
