What changes did you make in forscan? I tried changing mine to a 2018 lariat with ACC but keep getting faults everywhere.

So I got all the parts installed and got almost all the changes made in forscan. The only issue I have now is when I try to change ABS 760-03-01 to FXXX-XX, I get a bunch of faults saying check brake system, service advance trac, hill decent control disabled and so on. Also when I try to change the BCM 726-13-01 to XXX0 6XXX XXXX normal cruise control doesn't work. Any ideas?

Since we are dealing with a bunch of assumptions for what values we need to use in certain cells, quite frankly I've just been toying with different ones from a couple different 2018 F-150 Lariat as-builts and coming up with similar issues as you are. I know the ABS controller and possibly the ABS valve body need to be changed, there is a completely different part number for both parts for trucks with ACC/collision avoidance and may be why we are getting the ABS codes. I'm also getting IPMA codes that I can't get rid of and am wondering what or if the values for the IPMA need to be modified. There are several additional cells that aren't shown on the as-builts I have for the other trucks. I know that some have mentioned a need to change the IPMA and have been given a part number that I can't find, but from what I've seen there are no different IPMA's between different configurations. I have also seen codes for PCM, TCM, and I think one other code that will need to be figured out as well. I have compared all of the values in the GWM and they seem to stay the same across different trucks so can check that one off. I'd like to find someone that has a 2018 F-150 Lariat that came with ACC/collision avoidance and look at all of their values for IPMA, TCM, PCM, and any others that might need to be modified, so if you know anyone please see if they can give you a copy of their truck from ForScan or even screen shots would be great.

Well I got my CCM calibrated. I still get codes in the PCM and TCM when I try to change the BCM 726-13-01 to XXX0-XXXX-XXXX. So I'm thinking there must be something in the as-built on those that needs to be changed. When comparing the PCM/TCM as-built on a 2018 with ACC, the only ones that are different are 7E0-163-02 XXXX-XXXX-FXXX 7E0-163-02 XXXX-X2XX-XXXX and TCM 7E1-163-02 XXXX-XXXX-FXXX 7E1-163-03 XXXX-X2XX-XXXX. So I'm going to do some more comparing to other trucks with and without ACC confirm. The IPMA are different for ACC trucks so Ill have to order one in the next little bit.

Update: Nothings different in the PCM/TCM. The reason I was getting codes in the PCM/TCM when changing 726-13-01 was because I wasn't changing the number before it. 726-13-01 XX90-6XXX-XXX is for ACC with Stop and go. As for the ABS issue, I looked at the Forscan spreadsheet and my factory value, 760-03-01 3XXX-XX, has ACC and CMbB enabled. so it should work without changing it. The only issue now is when I change the BCM value, normal cruise wont work and I get 2 IPMA codes. I think normal cruise will not work because of the IPMA codes. So I'm going to order the IPMA tomorrow and go from there.

Were you able to locate the different IPMA? I've tried looking it up and can't find it. Also, where are you finding the TCM values in ForScan? I don't have any place to modify TCM values with my version.

If you have a early production 2018, the TCM is part of the PCM. I have a late production but I wouldn't change any of the PCM/TCM values as they change depending on the module calibration.

I ordered the IPMA today and it should be here tomorrow. The p/n has superseded, Ill post the new p/n when I get it. Hopefully once I get it installed and calibrated, ACC will work.

How long did it take to calibrate the CCM? And did you get a process completed while you are calibrating it?

There are no as-built values in TCM/PCM related to ACC stop&go anyways.
