Well its a little confusing but the dealer did the new abs module install last fall and it failed as they said it was a "defective module" as it would continuously run the abs motor. So I bought yet another new module from a Ford dealer and it is this latest one that will not successfully complete a PMI using FJDS. One would think that its nearly impossible that I got two defective modules but it seems to be the case unless I missing something about the PMI procedure but I followed it to the letter...

Did you ever get the ABS module programmed? I just recently did one on my 2020 using FJDS. After more than one fumbled attempt where I was trying to figure out how to run the program it proceeded to "suck up" the as built info from the original module and had me install the new one. It then stated that it could not retrieve the info from my old module and loaded from the "as built" from the Ford repository. I even did it a second time when I failed to get ACC working at first, thinking that it must not have taken. Ultimately i have everything going and the ACC w/Stop & Go is now active. Only took me about a week to figure out the coding to get it all going. I was really questioning whether I had the right module or had screwed up the IPM A. I was double checking everything including the modules were working correctly. It was just a matter of getting the right code bits. Kept getting incorrect configuration messages for both. It ultimately came down to getting the right bits set in the configuration.
I really doubt that your two modules were really bad. the Ford dealer would only download as built into the module and would not have any part in changing code for you to get it configured. If its not automatic that is the extent of how far they will go.

No I never got the new ABS module to run through the PMI cleanly. It sucked up the data from the original module and then the programming from the Ford site failed every time. eventually it asked to load from the AS Built so i did that then my Forscan program wasn't working so I just put the original ABS module back and it back to having the Pre-collision working but not Adaptive cruise. Are you saying that the new module even with the As Built data worked for you? If so, I'd love to know what you did to get it enabled.

Here are the configurations I used successfully in mine. The ABS module is part KL3Z-2C219-E If yours is the same part # then it should work.
I only changed the first line in the IPMA . and line 760-03-01 in the ABS.
There is also settings in other modules that are changed such as the SCCM for the cruise control buttons right. The thing that really got it going was in the BMS configuration screen where set Cruise to Adaptive and the Collision Avoidance braking to ACC with Stop & Go.

According to livinitup's spreadsheet 2018 to 2020 supposed to be the same.

Livinitup's spreadsheet. I went through this line by line and compared to all the other information in these threads. I also downloaded as built from other trucks that came with ACC/Stop&Go and compared them. Problem Lariats and above that came with it also have other options that my XLT doesn't have so you have to be careful.

Attached a photo of the changes that I made also to activate LKA. Make these changes and set up to make a momentary ground on pin 12 on the IPMA and LKA works. That is the hash marks on the left and right sides of the cruise icon at the bottom of the dash cluster

Yeah I got LKA and also Forward Distance Indication working on my truck just couldn't get ACC due to the ABS module debacle. I made all the Forscan changes in the spreadsheet listed on this forum except for the ABS module (original) since it does not have the ACC strategy written on it. As I may have mentioned I tried to program the new ABS module with FJDS this summer but it would fail and it by default I guess wrote the As Built data onto the new module so I don't know if that new module will work with the program changes. So are you saying that your ABS module program experience was the same and it worked??

also I should mention I have the 3.0 powerstroke so that requires additional PCM coding apparently
