Turns out there was nothing wrong with my new steering wheel switch after all. Problem was with the SCCM configuration I was using:
724-03-01 19** **** ** ACC Cruise Stop & Go (Didn't work for me, go figure)
724-03-01 12** **** ** Ford ACC Cruise (This resolved my issue and still allowed for Stop & Go)
For ABS, I only had to purchase the ABS EU module - not the whole ABS system. I purchased a 2 day FJDS license to install the new ABS module.
No new windshield was required since I already had Lane Keep Assist and an older model IPMA. Just swapped out the IPMA for a newer one and ran the calibration process in Forscan.

Bummer. I thought all Lariats without adaptive cruise were 501a's like mine. You must have a 502 without acc.

Here is a breakdown of the parts I purchased:
Follow-up to my previous post. Turns out I was sent the wrong Steering Wheel switch and is different than the one I had ordered from Tascaparts. The switch works, but has the labels wrong.
I am going to get the correct switch which should allow be use 724-03-01 19** **** ** ACC Cruise Stop & Go in the SCCM configuration.
Will help save me some money on the conversion. I don't have any photos of a 2018 module to know if the engineering part number is correct.
I am slightly concerned because 2018 and 2019 appear to use a different part number based on the forum threads, but I'm not sure if they are all interchangeable? Searching on ebay many are listed under this eng number for 2018 Edge, Ranger, F-150, Navigator, etc.
I found one listing that has a box and shows a JX7T-9G768-AD eng number as part number JX7Z-9E731-E which is from the 2019/2020 F-150. Are the parts actually any different ?
Edit: I found in this post from a Ford Microcat screenshot for H1BZ-9E731-F is eng number H1BT-9G768-AH. No ebay results for this whereas the other eng number has dozens. Hm.
I think I will just order a new one using the correct part number. The Ranger does not have stop & go so maybe this is why they are different.

Huh, well that is interesting! I don't know enough about Ford part numbers, but anything with the same engineering number as yours (JX7T-9G768-AD) should work then? I'm not sure if the same engineering number could have different firmware/functionality, and then be boxed under a different part number. Your listing clearly shows the correct service part number on the box.
I did find a new one for $300 which is not terrible, but I'll check tomorrow if I can cancel it. There are several JX7T-9G768-AD on ebay for $250-range.

The last parts finally arrived from Ford. I installed everything except the new steering switch and ABS module and updated all Forscan As-built except SCCM and ABS.
Before I buy the FJDS and perform the ABS swap, are these four DTCs are expected or not? Do I have a bad/wrong CCM or will these go away when I finish the steering switch and ABS? I am concerned about the first two IMPA DTC that seem to relate to the CCM module.
The IMPA I bought is from a 2018 F-150 and is the correct engineering number JL3T-19H406-CG.
The CCM I bought is from a different vehicle based on the plastic bracket it came on. But is eng number JX7T-9G768-AD.
IMPA calibration succeeded and lane keeping works again.
CCM calibration succeeded. At least from what I can tell - after 15 min driving the message on the instrument panel went away.
IMPA - C1A67:08-AF - Forward Looking Sensor
IMPA - U0405:64-AF - Invalid Data Received From Cruise Control Module
IPMA - U0418:86-AF - Invalid Data Received from Brake System Control Module A (expected until ABS swap?) ABS - U2101:56-AF - Control Module Configuration Incompatible (expected until ABS swap?)
Edit: I am starting to think I have the wrong CCM. I think the source I used for the eng number may have been incorrect and I need 2018 CADS H1BZ-9E731-F - eng number H1BT-9G768-AG ? Can anyone who installed the module help confirm?
Edit2: My hypothesis was correct. The 2019 CCM will cause the first two IMPA codes I listed above and the ACC will not work. The firmware is different per Forscan and I did not try to reflash it. I had the wrong eng number and accidentally bought a 2019 CCM.
Once I bought a 2018 CCM all is well, and the first two codes went away even before performing CCM calibration. It appears a 2019 using a 2018 module gives the same DTCs.
2018 CADS H1BZ-9E731-F - eng number H1BT-9G768-AH (AG, AH, etc are just revisions).
2019 CADS JX7Z-9E731-E - eng number JX7T-9G768-AD.
