So you successfully installed ACC on your 16 XLT, I'd be interested to know what all went into that. Did you have to upgrade to the 8 inch cluster? And did you have to add any dash wiring?

Hello everyone and HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I've read through this thread a few times and want to confirm something...

Can I add ACC to a 2018 502a Lariat WITHOUT lane keep assist WITHOUT replacing the windshield? Same question for a 2018 501a Lariat as well.

Thank you!

No sir. You must have the IPMA in the windshield.

Iggy, if I'm not mistaken the 502A already has an IPMA for the auto high beam and rain sensing. If that's the case, he/we should be good to go?

As long as the camera exists currently yes, you are correct, but will need to replace it with one compatable with ACC.

Hey all, I'm ordering all the parts today. Everything is pretty straight forward as I've been following this thread for awhile.

The only part i'm hung up on is the ABS and whether or not i need to order anything there. How can i verify if i have the correct ABS module already or if i need to replace it?

Oh, and do you end up with LKA in addition to ACC as a result of the mods? Kind of read like that's the case, but wanted to confirm.

Like others getting ready to install ACC on my 2018 Lariat w 502a and tech package. First, a big THANK YOU to all the contributors to this thread .. livinitup, P51SVO, Iggy F-150 and strokin2018 especially. The advice, pics and other resources are awesome. I’m ready to order all my parts but need clarification on the ABS control unit. My build date is 2/12/18 so I need the pre- 2/26 parts. I see the correct part number for the complete unit is JL3Z-2C215-B but thanks to strokin2018 he identified JL3Z-2C219-C for the control module only. My question is would the build date matter for the control module only or do I need another part number for pre 2/26? Thanks in advance!

Where is everyone getting their parts from? I just priced this mod and all parts comes to around $1200 from Tasca. Any deals to be had? Will a dealer work with you?
