I have a question for Iggy and P51SVO. Are either one of your trucks leveled by chance? I was so frustrated with this not working I dropped my truck off at the dealer and was told my 2" Rough Country Level kit is the cause of the ACC kicking off. They test drove it as well as checked for any codes and found nothing. They said for the newer 2018 -2019 Trucks this has been a problem that folks have had who have added a level or lift kit. Do any of you think changing the wheel well height in the IPMA could resolve this issue? If so any idea what mm to use? I have stock 20" Good Year Wranglers with 2" Rough Country Level kit.

Um, I call BS on that. My truck is leveled and I have zero issues. The only two things that would affect that would be the IPMA wheel well measurements because of the height difference and making sure the CCM is level because you're changing the overall "angle" of the truck. Think about what would happen when people have a load in the back or towing something that drops the back of the truck. I'll bet their ACC doesn't quit working.

With there only 4 wires going to the CCM. Power, ground and two to the IPMA. I would think if one of these wires. Losses connection when the ACC is braking. It would kick the system off. It might not hurt to recheck all the wiring with a meter. And move the wiring around a bit.

All,

With the help of Liv suggesting I take a look at my PCM values based off the DTC that I had we were finally able to resolve the issue of my ACC kicking off. There are 2 lines in the PCM that need to be modified if you have the Diesel 3.0, 7E0-01-10 and 7E0-02-01. I spent about an hour yesterday comparing my as built PCM to another as built and determined that indeed those 2 lines had different values than my as built. I admit this has been a nerve racking experience but with the help of LIV, IGGY, & P51SVO This wouldn't have been possible. A big Looks like I'm the first Diesel 3.0 to add ACC! Again I can't begin to thank all you guys for your help and expertise. I do have an extra CCM sensor if anyone is interested just PM me. I will post the values I used below in case any other 3.0 guys are following this thread.

Changes made in Forscan:

PCM: 7E0-01-10 xxx4 xxxx xxxF

PCM: 7E-02-01 xxxx xxxx x3xD

Woo hoo! See, I told you it would work out! Congrats man, you are now officially a part of the 2018 ACC club! Lol! You've also helped to make great strides in advancing our abilities to make significant changes to these trucks so what you did really is a milestone.

Thank you Iggy.. I will admit it's a bit scary and I hovered over the brake petal the whole time LOL. I guess I'm a little gun shy after it kicking off so many times during the process! I'm glad I could help aide the Diesel Trucks now! Who's next? I don't want to be the only 3.0!

I also, have a 2018 Diesel Lariat with a 502A package. Would you please provide a unified parts list needed to get started?

Thanks a million!!!!
