this update fixed my rattling issue.

Are you saying that TSB 18-2274 fixed your issue, or the new one, TSB 18-2354? TSB 18-2274 had zero effect on mine, in fact I wasn't even having the issue until weeks after I did the 2274 TSB.

I had TSB-2274 done as well, which made the shifting a lot better but still not perfect. Have an appt to get this TSB done next week Thurs (Dec 6). Hope it fixes the rattle. Also getting the dash warp documented on my account. Lots of little issues with this truck that I didn't expect with a new vehicle. At least it seems like Ford is making an attempt to figure them out.

One quick question: In the opinion of those here, it is worth getting the door latch field service alert done? I have a 2018 but have not had any issues with the latches actually freezing on me, and I've had the truck plenty in cold weather, snow, cold and freezing rain, etc since I bought it in Feb, including this past month when it has been unseasonably cold (live in WI - was 12 deg yesterday morning when I got in the truck). The alert and dealer both say don't get it done unless you've had the issue.

You could print out the TSB or give them the TSB number and tell them your truck experiences these issues and would like the TSB performed to correct the issues.

Personal opinion if you aren't experiencing the issues I wouldn't get the Field service action done. I say this because you don't want a tech pulling all your door panels off and potentially having rattles/poor fitment after. If your truck does have the issues then by all means get it done because having doors that won't freeze is more important than the potential rattles.

I had the door freezing issue. As far as I have seen on the issue all they do is install a flap that redirects any water. Mine still did it the one time after having it fixed. Seems to be all right now. So I wouldn't bother if it never happened to you.
