My dealer has been working on this issue with a salespersons truck.
Are the dealers not informed of new TSB's that come out?

they are but they don't contact customers

a TSB is not a recall. It is only done if the customer complains and they verify the concern

It has worked for me thus far. 3 drives since I picked it up this morning and I haven't heard the rattle at all.

Well that lasted all of.......10 hours. The rattle has already returned!!! It's exactly like it was before. I had no parts replaced, only had the TSB performed. Very disappointed right now

damn, i don't even notice mine anymore. truck is almost a year old and has 12,000 miles and has gotten quieter and smoother and more powerful. im not worried if it was real issue i would know it.
