I can also comment that I'm now at 4400mi and the 1st -7th issue has not come back. I still get a late shift occasionally from 3-5th.

my bad didn't update, got my truck last week and they found that the transmission wiring harness was loose and touching the exhaust, they switched it and everything has been fine so far.

They did a another reflash, than #2 recall. No better would something clunk while driving now. It only had 10,000 when traded, but tired of the issue and poor lighting among other things.
All repair would be on my dime, outside of the thing just cratering. Was an SLE AT so features were fewer than a denali. Have a 18 F150 limited which could mean, lot more bells and whistles
for issues.

So seems all makers can have issue with the transmission and other mechanical over programming.
Not all. I just bought a Nissan frontier pro 4X old school truck. Heavy duty transmission and VQ 4.0 V6. Probably the best off road out there. People put 300K on these trucks without issue. Its the last of the old school and why Nissan keeps building it. Sales are going up on it and sell more now then it did 10 years ago. Yes I looked at GM/Ford/Toy and after my research, decided I wanted nothing to do with these advanced transmissions. Zero.

Wasn't there a recall on the radiator where the cooling system for the tyranny shares a portion of the engine radiator. Apparently several have failed causing the fluid to mix in the radiator and it messes with tyranny and engine possible of causing frailer of both. They had to redesign the radiator system. I know for my neighbor has a 2009 I think it is but it affect several year models.
