concerning the phasers everyone needs to stop assuming their's are going to fail until there is a failure. Ford has stepped up and offered extended support if they do fail provided you have 21B10 performed prior to 8/31/21.
Do you happen to know what the 21B10 changes in the programming. I am curious if it is changing or delaying the phasor operation under start up conditions.

I’m eligible for 21B10 according to FordPass, but my dealer told me Ford isn’t doing it now.
This is the 2nd time that this issue has popped up with my '17 F150. The first time was replaced under warranty. The patch from March 2021, was put on hold 2 weeks ago and Ford will not repair/replace the module under my extended warranty because of the recall. Hopefully nothing is damaged while I wait.
I mean, I had it done, and I was less than 1k over the 100% coverage recall term
I've just been waiting for a good time to take it back for the followup recall (the actual replacement).

Because for some people it screws up their shift points and ends up making the engine lug, or as many describe it a transmission shudder. There are a few threads on here about it.
Quick update on this.... Got an email from Ford today "View you vehicle report details" Opened it up to find the Cam Phaser Recall noted again... I called the dealer, spoke to a tech, he put me on hold for a few minutes and told me they'd need the truck for 2 days to do the recall work... Not sure what others are hearing and wondering if this tech was misinformed since the 21N03 was initially announced, then retracted and as it stands right now, I have an appointment to get this done in June.

Did we ever get official word from Ford that 21N03 was put on hold? Cam phaser replacement has been done for years before Ford tried the failed 21B10 which we have official word was halted.
