Save the Manuals!
from an insurance perspective, it could cost them $10k to retain an expert for analysis to determine cause and origin of the fire only to find out it's something not 100% 'provable' against Ford and not be able to recover much, if anything in subrogation. At least they're taking care of you, GL with new truck!

Glad you are OK, was the other people involved injured?
Check out the front ties, they look like they belong on a 40's hotrod lol. The body melting is interesting, aluminum's melting point is 1218 F and steel's is 2500 F, not that it matters unless you're unconscious in the cab

Dibs on your sync 3 screen 😜
All kidding aside that is craazy!! Glad you are ok and I'm sure insurance will make this right. 2 months old I can't imagine them giving you any less for it.
On the plus side at least you won't have to start a new "insurance wants to replace frame, is it a good idea?" Threads!
