Stopped by a local dealer and looked over some 2017s. Could not believe my eyes. This is the third year for this model and Ford has not fixed the warping/separating dash issue.

Very disgusted!.....Not one good dash on the lot, Lariat or XLT.
Many of these trucks were on the lot for 1 month or less.

What warping/separating dash? 22K on my 16, haven't noticed it yet... if it was endemic to every F150 out there and that noticeable, there would be a lot more caterwauling about it.

Borrowed an internet picture....exactly the same....Most trucks I saw had 1 or both sides of the vents separate like this, I see it on most trucks around town as well. Some separate more, some less more evident on warm/hot days.

It's bad that they haven't done anything. My 2015 XLT had the warp pretty dang bad. My 15 lariat has some warping but it's not nearly as bad. Well, not bad enough to have ford molest the dash to install the same product which will yield same results.
