I hate the fake engine noise. Wish Ford would leave that alone and do a V8 supercharged.

It is one sexy truck. I think they were smart to add fake engine noise in the cab based on how it sounded at the rear bumper. Maybe the dual exhaust needs more baffles.

I don't like all of this exhaust enhancement stuff. First, I have been driving V6's since the 90's and have gotten used to their sound. Second, I like to hear the real engine as it is one way I determine if something might be going wrong. I believe that the stuff Ford is doing won't cover up some noises that might indicate a problem. My guess this will be like so many other things Ford hasn't allowed the owner to default to off so I will stick with models that don't have it.
