I figure the traction control must be stepping in big time. With the 470 lbft of torque, I'd imagine the new truck would simply spin the tires if you look at it wrong.

I'd want to see the 0-60 done in 4x4 in sport mode and see how it turns out.

I expected it to be a lot faster. I thought the 2015-2016 3.5 EB, was rated at 0-60 in 5.6 sec? And that was with the SCrew.

Car & Drivers techniques for measuring the 0-60 are abit more scientific and detailed than how TFL does theirs, haha.

We just gotta wait until the magazines test the **** out of these trucks.

Here's another, really informative shootout.

I'm completely lost. Did I miss the part of the video where they did more than an uphill pull and a little mpg test? Where's all the 0-60 disappointment coming from?

At about 2:00 in, Andre does a pretty casual 0-60 test using the computer stuck to the windshield. Gets roughly a 6.9 in both trucks.

I am curious to see the final EPA numbers also. I have ordered a '17, and what gave me hope was not the final gearing on the transmission (it isn't drastically different), but the new electronic wastegate on the 3.5EB. At highway speeds they could bypass the turbos entirely. Keeping out of boost should help a bit.

So glad I went with a '16. Reason why is that button above the infotainment screen that has an "A" with a circle around it. That would annoy the crap outta me.

YEP, I noticed that as well!! If there is a Sport mode on the 17 (im sure there is) he did not put in Sport mode like he did on the 16--Hmmmmmm

Overall--Ill be getting me a 2017 Limited!!!
