Truck looks good!
9 MPG is not normal sorry bud I got that on my 6 inch lifted 35s 06 5.4 with a heavy foot and a trailer. 3.73 gears canned old as truck tune.

As for the exhaust, see if you can add a stock resonator to the set up and it should help with the drone.
My '14 F150 5.0 gets about 14mpg with the same size tires. I'd give it a little time and you Mpg's will get a little better.

Beautiful truck! Enjoy it!

Yes, nothing subtle about the Roush exhaust. You should see around 16-17 around town and touch 20 on the highways.

I thought all Roush F150 trucks were 5.0 supercharged trucks?? I guess you learn something new everyday. lol
I do love the sound of the Roush exhaust too. NASTY!

Yeah I didn't realize you can get the 3.5eB or the 5.0L. And you can get the XLT and upward. I went stock XLT, the cloth is actually real comfortable.

I'd use the dash screen display options to see how long it was idled since new. It is pretty common to idle new vehicles before delivery for extended periods. A modified one many have been left outside running for man hours, and also destroying the MPG.

This maybe a stupid question concerning his low MPG: Wondering if the speedo and odo are calibrated for those wheels and tires?

^^^Great point! A simple GPS app on a smart phone would take care of that. I used one on my phone to makes sure my Gryphon tuner was reading true to my trucks speedometer. It was only 1 mph off according to the GPS app.
