Not sure of the curb weight, but I added 400lbs of sand tubes out back for the winter and it rides like I'd like it to when it's empty, aside from that sucking sound coming from the gas tank...

Just get the Bilstein 6112’s they come with a 500 rated spring compared to your 633 spring or you could get the 5100’s and purchase lighter rate coils for like a extra 50$.

That's for the front. With sand bags out back he said it rode how he wanted. So softer springs up front not needed. Softer springs in back or just leave some weight back there.

I'd run 42-44 PSI out back and put a cap on it. That's how mine is set up when I'm not towing and it rides fine (to me + family) when empty. I did put Pro Comp shocks on the back but I can't tell if they made a real big difference. It is a truck, and an HDPP one at that, so I don't expect a Caddy ride.
