If you had a luxury brand you could have had the same problems. The difference being luxury would have given you a fancy loaner car and you probably would have had a more experienced tech right off the bat instead of letting some kid monkey around with it first.

I feel your pain, but don't kid yourself into thinking this is a "Ford" thing.

My Lexus and my BMW never had any issues, neither did my 2010 Lariat with Nav and Sync 1. So FME, yeah it's a "Ford Thing" with Sync 3. At least when our avionics act do weird , a breaker pull usually gets it back

Just the luck of the draw man. I guarantee you there is a Lexus owner or two that has had a lemon buyback. I mean the overall rate may be better for a luxury brand but at the end of the day they are all using similar technology that is prone to failures.

Hell every Ford I have ever owned has had a light on the dash lit up. That means its working.

In all honesty I'd be equally as angry. And apprehensive being I am looking at Platinum's.

Welcome in the club @ Raygr123
I know what you are going through. 2015 Mustang - FORD Canada buyback - 2015 F150 XLT - dealer switched me this week in a 2016 Lariat after the 2015 got his 3rd dashboard and the transmission/transfer case getting noisy.
Don't know if it is me - but everything gone wrong what could go wrong in 2015. But I have to say that my dealers sales manager did "bent" over and tried to make everything right. If I wouldn't got his help - I still would have to run every month with the 2015 Mustang in the shop. I mean. We got already 3 calls from Ford OnRoad if I would still be sitting on the roadside with my 2015 Mustang - poor person who bought my Mustang......

I only stuck with FORD because they wouldn't give me back my down payment. That's why I am driving a F150. Not because I like to drive one.

Agree; my mom buys German and I'm loyal to American nameplates - she has had far more glitches and shop visits with Benz and BMW than I have with Ford.

Platinum here - zero issues after 16K miles.
