Not sure their part number for the 5100s. But, shocks won't raise the rear end. Your leaf springs and blocks control rear height, shocks are just dampeners. You could actually remove the shocks and drive down the road. In the front you have a strut assembly. The spring on that controls the height of the front and the strut controls dampening. These can't be removed and allow you to drive down the road.

2017 Lariat SCREW short bed, FX4:

33-253190

I checked before and after doing the rears yesterday. After 20 mi test run it raised both sides not quite 1/8". Will be doing a long road trip in 2 weeks and I want to see if they settle a bit before deciding how much to go up on fronts...

I don't believe your shocks "raised" the rear any... probably measuring a little different or it settled in a different spot, etc.

But you can compress these shocks with your hand, they aren't lifting anything, as mentioned already the rear leafs and blocks control the rear ride height.

I have a 16 SCrew and did not ever notice the ride issue or the rear end hop until I put bigger heavier tires on. I went with 275/70-R18 KO2's, and as soon as I did, wow the rear end hop reared its ugly head. The stock just could not dampen the heavier tires. I upgraded the rears to 5100s and the ride is now better than it was stock with stock tires.
