Where are most of you sourcing your parts? Fenders, hood, bedsides, etc? Are you buying new? Car-part.com? Because I'm really debating the McNeil fiberglass which allows you to keep your regular hood. Just thinking out loud

Yes, I’m guessing i have 15k + in the swap. Which includes 4K in paint and labor.

Look on line a lot of gen 2 raptor ppl are long traveling there trucks you can pick up suspension pretty cheap for 1,100 - 1,400.

I'm more interested in finding out the pricing on just the suspension components. I don't need to do the body conversion, but if the suspension is ~2k (with/without doing the deavers or just adding a lift block in back bigger than my 4wd lift block) then I'm all in on this one, lol.

It can be done around 2k but your gonna have to shop around aggressively. Coilovers/shocks play a huge roll

Does anybody know the actual part number for a gen2 raptor rear axle housing with a E Locker? Is it HL3Z-4010-A or BL3Z-4010-A? Thanks
