Yes I made the same changes and it appears to be correct. Is everything working correctly for you?

My amp powers up when I turn on my stereo, and I can hear then the sub “hiss louder” in response to me increasing volume for the amp’s wired remote, but I’m not getting any music from it. I’m guessing it’s possibly something wrong with my signal+ and signal- connections? I also played around with the amp’s gain, and other settings, but stil no music. Any suggestions? Hope to take another look at it later in he week when time permits.
On my 2017 XL, using the ford oem connector putting into the port behind the back driver side door, i got remote and ground, but no signal from where + and - was supposed to be. I ended up tapping into the speaker wire that fed the door speaker.

Didn't have a chance to troubleshoot it any further, probably not going to be able to mess with it until the weekend. My plan now is , as upparoom suggested, tapping into the door speakers for my + and - signals.

tapping into the rear door speakers did the trick. Just not sure why I couldn't get the sub output to work.
