Default 2015 vs. 2014 dyno charts

Has anybody seen the dyno charts that might compare the 2.7 to the 2015 5.0 to the 2014 5.0? With 387 lb.ft @ 3850 vs 380@4240 on the 5.0, it'd would be neat to see the power curve at lower rpms.

just from the rpm vs torque it looks like it will be a good increase on the curve!

Hope to see this posted!

Discussing the peak torque RPM of the Ecoboost may be missing a bigger part of the picture (and a big part of the area under the torque curve!) If it's set up like the 3.5, a huge percentage of the 2.7's peak torque may be available at or below 2k RPM. While the peak number is very nice, the fact that there's also big torque available at low RPM makes for a really flexible, capable powerplant.

2.7 peak torque of 375 is @ 3000 rpm

Read, he said if setup like 3.5 a big percentage of the 2.7s peak torque will be available under 2k not that peak torque was at 2k. After drivig it today Id back that statement.

5 star tuning has the dyno graphs for all of the new engines - they should be legit.

The new 5.0 is not much different than the older one. It has a longer, flatter torque curve in the higher rpms, which results in the higher peak horsepower.

The new 3.5 tt seems to have about 25 ft/# more torque across most of the RPM band! It does seem to fall off even harder than before at high rpms

The 2.7tt is a freak. I don't even think ford expected anywhere near these numbers so they had to under rate it to prevent it from interfering with the higher tiers. It seems to be higher in torque than the 2011-2014 3.5tt! Better still, torque does not fall off at the higher RPMs that bad. Remarkable little engine.

Hmm thought that this would spark more conversation. Guess floor mats are the hot topic right now

The new 5.0 is basically a 6.2 that can hold its torque an extra 500 RPM or so before falling off softer. Can anyone verify these dynos accurate?
