Like I stated in another post, I have a 2015 Lariat Supercrew 501A 2.7T and added RR's LED headlight assys and harnesses in the summer of 2015.. The most recent set of harnesses I received was June of this year (2016) and they have been working fine for me-knock wood.

I do not run them on auto or use the DRL's.. Don't even run them on those settings to see what happens. My lights work as advertised in all other respects. Dawson would not promise me they would work on auto or DRL's..

Like Dawson stated in a earlier post only a few have had the passenger side light problem. I would be disappointed if I were one of those people also. He WILL figure it out.

This post is just to say that they can work. FWIW

I have the lights from Dawson on my 13 Lariart and they still work great to this day and have never had an issue, but did not pull the trigger on a set for my 16 Lariart becasue of issues with the DRL for the 15/16. I ended up going with a set of LEDs from 4x4TruckLEDs and they work great in fact in my opinion I like them better on my 16 than my 13, but thats just my opinion.

So, what about the 'few' of us who have random turn offs and as I described in my post, anytime I'm driving my truck during the day and it starts getting dark the truck's ambient light sensor detects the light change and switches over to the night-time light settings... during that transition process my headlights turn off, maybe only one side, sometimes both, usually the driver side.

Also the second scenario where my headlights turn off is if I flicker my high beams even for just a second, one or both of the headlight's low beams won't come back on they'll stay off until I manually turn them off and back on again.

These are the only two issues I have but they're major issues!

I can't even turn on my LED fog lights because of this issue, my fog lights are soooo good that if one of my headlights randomly turns off it's hard to notice since my fog lights produce so much light. I feel like I'm eventually gonna get pulled over for this one day.

I think more people have the high-beam flicker issue where the low beams will stay off afterwards and maybe they don't even know it yet.

I can replicate the high beam issue almost every single time in case you want more info on this let me know..

BTW I already had my driver side harness replaced due to hyperflash and since that's usually the one to turn off. (I fixed the hyperflash)

Any idea what could be causing this?

Hey guys, curious... Are the amber led outlines, suppose to flash with the center blinker, or just the blinker by itself?

What do you mean? Amber outline blinks with turn signal when lights set to AUTO mode in the daytime. Nighttime amber outline stays on and signal turns blink

Ok, thanks... Was trying to figure that out.

Wasnt sure, mine do this except I use manual on. Now, at nite when my p.s. amber outline wont lite up, the d.s. outline will flash also. But the p.s. outline will be out, and just the small middle blinker flashes...

That's just odd Toddman. I hope RR figures something out with people that are having issues similar to yours. I was there too, it can get pretty frustrating

Just made a Video, showing the Issue Im having with the P.S. ambler led outline...

I am having the same issue as in the video posted by Toddman38.
Only difference is mine would hyperflash on the passenger side when I started up my truck in the morning and would not come on just like in the video.
I then drove the truck for about 10 mins and noticed it was working again all of the sudden.
I then panicked and ordered another set of harness wires from the Raptor Retrofit and they should be here on monday.
The thing is now its been working correctly for the past few days so it seems like a lose connection or issue with the box that controls the hyper-flashing is my guess, sort of like it works when it feels like it kinda thing.
I will wait and see if it does it again and just keep the 2nd set of harness wires which I went ahead and paid for not contacting Raptor Retrofit for any warranty claim as I want to see if the set coming this Monday is any different than the set I originally received. Will keep everyone posted

Love this forum cause I was able to put the LED OEM Headlights in with the harness wires from RR and also used the write up about the OEM LED tailights and made my own harness wires for those so now my truck is all LED
